| 著作權授權資訊快速查詢服務台 |
依著作權法之規定，著作財產權人享有重製、公開演出、播送、傳輸等相關權利，就利用人而言，除有「合理使用」之情事外，原則上應獲得著作財產權人之授權，始能合法利用他人著作。智慧財產局為協助各界利用人快速獲得著作權授權資訊，落實提升為民服務品質，經協調各仲介團體，研採One-stop-shop(授權單一窗口)方式，以整合各仲團授權之資訊。即日起試辦「著作權授權資訊快速查詢服務台」為期三個月以供利用。
上述查詢服務，限於音樂、錄音及視聽三類著作，其他類別著作因尚無著作權仲介團體之設立，現階段尚無法提供服務。 |

unveils open access draft |
Papers based on NIH-funded
research would be freely available 6 months
after their publication, according to a draft
National Institutes of Health (NIH) policy
released Friday (September 3, 2004) in an
apparent compromise with journal publishers.
Under the proposed policy, journal peer-review
committees would vet papers that report results
from NIH-sponsored research. Once the journal
has edited and published the articles, editors
would upload them to a searchable Web site
and NIH would make them publicly available
within 6 months. |
