In 2004, the center
upgrades and implements the installation
of a fiber-optic network within the
campus. Up to Date, the main buildings
in campus had been connected with fiber-optic
network. By using the installed networks,
such as campus fiber-optic network or
wireless network, all the faculty and
students can search or retrieve the
relevant information from other domestic
or foreign on-line institutions at their
offices, classrooms, or laboratories.
Others, the center installed a FortiGate
3600 Firewall system for protecting
the security of campus network.
In September, 2005, the ring of campus
fiber-optic network will be
completed, and then provide
more rapid and reliable service.
At Present, our school connecting to
TANET2 is via a fiber network renting
from Chunghwa Telecom Co. The capacity
of the outside of campus is 300 Mbps.
In 2004, the center setups the wireless
network among the campus including
the building of administration and
Research & Development Office.

The student entering our school, the
center gives a pair of username and
password for various administration
